Logo Design & Branding for Small Businesses

I design professional business logos that work on your website, signs, shirts, trucks, print, and social profiles. You receive the complete file kit, including the vector formats printers ask for, and you own the finished logo outright.

The problem

Business logo design that survives contact with the real world.

A logo isn’t a picture. It’s a thing that has to work at two inches on a business card and eight feet on a truck door, in full color on a screen and in one color on an embroidered shirt. Most cheap logos only ever work in the one place they were made.

What matters

What Professional Logo Design Must Do for a Business

01

Logo Design That Stays Legible at Any Size

Legible in a browser tab and on a job-site sign. If the detail disappears when it shrinks, it isn’t finished.

02

One-Color Logo Files for Print and Production

Embroidery, engraving, vinyl, and a fax from an insurance company. Every mark gets a one-color version that still looks like you.

03

Vector Logo Files You Own

The file the sign shop and the shirt printer actually ask for. You get it, so you never have to come back and ask me for it.

04

Brand Identity Designed for Your Business

A welding shop and a law office should not have the same logo with different colors. The mark should fit the work.

What you get

Custom Logo and Brand Identity Files You Own

  • Primary logo — the full mark, the one that goes everywhere
  • Variations — stacked, horizontal, and icon-only for tight spaces
  • One-color versions — black, white, and reversed for any surface
  • Vector files — SVG, EPS, and PDF for signs, vehicles, and apparel
  • Web files — PNG at every size, plus a site icon and social image
  • Color and type — the exact codes and fonts, written down
  • Usage notes — plain English, so a printer can’t get it wrong
  • Full ownership — the files are yours, no license, no renewal

The honest part. If all you need is a logo and nothing else, a template site like Looka or a designer on Fiverr will do it cheaper than I will. I’m worth it when the logo and the website are one job, done by one person, so the sign, the shirt, and the site all match. That’s the version I’d actually recommend.

Common questions

Small Business Logo Design Questions

How much does a business logo cost?

Least when it’s part of a website build, because the research is already done. On its own it’s a small standalone project. Either way you get one number up front, not an hourly meter.

Do I own the logo?

Completely. Every file, every version, no license and nothing to renew. Same rule as the websites: if you paid for it, it’s yours.

Can you redraw the logo I already have?

Often, yes. If you like the mark but only have a fuzzy JPG, I can rebuild it as clean vector so the sign shop stops asking. That’s cheaper than starting over.

Do I need a logo before the website?

It helps, but no. If the logo is coming, I’ll build the site so it drops in cleanly later. Nothing waits on it.
