Service 09 · Website Audits & Action Plans

Website Audits for Small Businesses

You know the website could work better. You may not know whether it needs a few repairs or a complete rebuild. I review what you have, follow the paths your customers take, and give you a prioritized action plan before you commit to the next step.

The purpose

Know What to Fix Before You Pay for a Rebuild

An audit starts with your business goals and the website you already own. I look for the problems that make it harder to understand your services, trust your business, or get in touch. You get specific findings tied to actual pages, with a clear distinction between urgent repairs and longer-term improvements.

Findings with examples, recommended fixes, and an explanation of what deserves attention first.

Working together

How the Project Works

Send me your website and tell me what is not working for the business. We agree on the pages and checks to include. I review the site, walk you through the findings, and deliver a plan you can act on. Implementation can be quoted separately.

We agree on the scope, deliverables, and total before work begins. The quote identifies any third-party costs and ongoing support separately.

Straight answers

Website Audits & Action Plans Questions

Do I have to hire you to make the fixes?

No. The action plan is yours. You can use it with your current developer, handle suitable changes yourself, or ask me for a separate implementation quote.

Will you need access to my accounts?

A public-site review can begin without a login. If the scope includes analytics, Search Console, or backend behavior, we will identify the access needed before that work begins.

Does an audit guarantee more traffic?

No. It identifies problems and opportunities. Results depend on what is changed, your market, and how customers find and use the site.
